Each piece of pottery starts in the gardens. We use the freshest flowers and herbs of the season and press them into the clay creating a one of a kind artwork. The botanicals disintegrate during the first firing leaving an impression behind, much like a fossil. Each piece is glazed and fired again to result in an end product that forever immortalizes the flowers and herbs used.
Our ceramic creations are both functional and decorative. The works of art are made for everyday use and when not in use they will become conversation pieces. All our larger items are inscribed with the names of the flowers and herbs used in the product.
Each piece of ceramic is lead free non-toxic and dishwasher, oven/microwave safe.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each piece is a one of a kind handmade item and what you see in the shop will vary from the final product you receive. Our ceramics are made to order and are dependent on the seasonal flowers and herbs. As you order please specify through special instructions so we can delight you with your personal ceramic.
